I've been working with my local seamstress and am close to finishing my ROTJ guard!
BUT!!
To get the length of everything correct, he recommends I have the boots first so he can get the length just right.

I've read all the different posts about finding correct sized boots, but the links are either sold out, or not around anymore. I've read vague mention of sources for men's 11.5 boots, but no concrete names, sites, or links.

So I'm asking my guard bretheren, help me complete! A link, name, or phone number would be ideal, I need a regular or E width US men's size 11.5 (Being 6'2" means I have NO chance of a smaller boot, depending on the fit I may even need a 12).

We are looking into finding a new source for red boots.

Just checking if there had been any new developments on locating a new source for boots.

As I stand 6'6" with a shoe size of us13-14 finding a pair of sued boots will be next to impossible I think. I actually at one point got the superman boots to wear for Halloween two years ago and I know I have read that they are not approved but what if the were covered with sued? And maybe trimming them so the don't have the peek. Not that the top of the boot should be seen.
